Planning

The number of places for following the instructions is limited, therefore registration via the planning tool is necessary. It is not possible for participants to follow the instruction without registration.

In case of absence without prior notice, costs will be charged. Inform the employees well about the correct location, date and time to avoid misunderstandings.

The following fields are mandatory to complete the registration:

First name + last name participant
Participant’s date of birth
Main contractor subcontractors work on behalf of the contractor)
Agreement processing personal data (privacy policy)
After registering via the tool, you will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail

Login planningtool

Registration via the planning tool is only possible if you are registered as a planner and have received a login code from us. Login codes are only provided to (or at the request of) main contractors.

After you have completed the registration, you will receive a confirmation of the reservation in your mailbox. Please note: if you do not receive a confirmation, it may have ended up in your spam/junk mail.
